Programming radio
I am trying to program my Anytone 878 UV Plus with one analog FM channel. I was able to update the firmware OK through the com port, but I am getting an error:
Check Connection. Retry?

The way the system works for the Anytone DMR radios is that once you update the radio with new firmware, the CPS program used to load that firmware is now out of date.

OK. I found the problem. When trying to write to the radio, there's a pop-up
dialog box with two checkboxes. I was leaving the top box (Digital Contacts
List) unchecked and it failed every time. Once

Update and great news? -? I emailed RT Systems tech support and they confirmed their AT-588 programming software works with all 3 versions of the radio - 2/222/440.? Once the software is connected
