I didn't think I'd find out how to do this but did a web search and I think I
fund what I needed to do. I did a test on a "parrot" and can hear the playback just fine now. Apparently, some come from the factory with a low volume setting and some don't. This has the information except it's for another model and you have to deviate from the settings path they tell you to follow to make the change. Mine was, I think, on 1 and I can go to 4. The video shows a max level of 8. My path was: Menu-Settings-Radio Set-Voice Func-Ear Max Vol-then choose a # I set mine at 8 for ear max vol and 8 for Max Vol Level. I also went in under Voice Func while I was there and chose enhance sound-Mic Enhance. You'll have to let me know if I sound any better on your end tomorrow.
