What radio are you trying to connect to?
Does your windows machine have BT? Does the Radio?
I believe that Lynn had it working with a D710AG at one point with a bluetooth dongle but I haven't had a chance to attempt to re-create that capability yet.

There is a new Development release that delivers improvements in
the creation and display of APRS Bulletins.?? These are in the
Messages / Bulletins menu.
Messages / Bulletins / View is now Messages / Bulletins / View /
View All
Or you can select a specific message group to see that subset of
bulletins.
When you create a new bulletin, the Group box is now enabled for
selection or entry of a new group.?? Configured groups will show
up below Messages / Bulletins / View in a similar fashion to how
Configure / Objects has worked with object groups.
This update was driven by my plan to use Bulletins, specifically
the ATGP group, to track the status of this year's

IIRC, just right click on a Frequency Monitor window and disable
it from the popup.?? Or just uncheck Enables / Frequency Monitor
once a window is actually showing.

I like to think of myself as an armchair psychologist dealing deeply in the realm of associations...
If someone was pinned down and or mentally at least partially incapacitated. It could be assumed that manipulating a keyboard on any device would be difficult.?
Upon pontificating of the pre- ponderance of evidence 505 is very similar in nature to SOS used by Morse code operations to signal a voice Mayday etc.
I think it should be clear when sent what are the intentions of the operator such as in my call sign being very fond of CW K7OI.? ?_._? _ _ ... _ _ _? .. if I spelled that correctly.? I am not fond of the Nanny who is so easily distracted. 73 Mark K7OI?

Where oXXX is +xxx or -xxx offset in 10's of KHz
Where RXXm is the range in Miles (if standard offset is used)
Where Netxxxxxx is the local weekly net time (if any)
Where Mtgyyyyy is the monthly club meeting time (if any)
Where ... are 9 more bytes of optional text that will not be displayed on most mobiles but are visible on other clients
You can see that the OBJECT name is too long causing problems with decoding the packet.
That would be a corrupted packet coming from this source:

Re: APRSISCE using a digirig connected to a boafeng.
I believe the digirig is fundamentally just a soundcard interface
to the radio.?? APRSIS32 doesn't do any audio processing directly,
but expects to talk to TNC, be it hardware, software, or
firmware.?? So you'll need something like Direwolf talking audio
to the digirig and KISS (most likely) to APRSIS32 via TCP/IP
(again, most likely).

I have my home station set up to do this. It involves creating a shortcut?to the exe and placing it in the startup folder on your?computer. It's not an inside the software solution but it works fine for my home station and the University digi that I manage.?
