If you have a Icom Radio like the 7100 or 9700 that has a builded in sound
card all you need is a USB Cable and the UISS software package to do APRS
from the ISS. The frequency is 145.825 up/down.

Soundmodem is simple. Just download Soundmodem114.zip and ptt-dll.zip (if you are going to use a soundcard). Unzip both to the same folder and go from there. Direwolf is a bit more intense to set up

What are you trying to break? do you need windows 32 bit or 64 bit version?
