Re: Frame
When changing position of the strut you will need to also go to a much less powerful one, rather than just changing the angle/position as the new situation will be much more efficient.

CNW began installing a new type of heat pump in 2022 Aliners, a Finch model HB9000. Finch is an Australian company, their product has a smaller footprint, and vents and drains through the floor

What Caused the Gas Springs to Refuse to Close? Here is an article (see below w. link) that explains what happened and why it happened.? If the gas springs were opened too far the internal components

Re: Frame
Mark, Could you tell us exactly how this damage occurred.? Did the spring just happen to push the side up on its own when you were not there.? Or did it happen while you were attempting to force the

Dave, are you saying they fixed the heat pump in 2022?? What did they do? I also think that the smaller AC units that stick out the side of the aliner, which are mounted at countertop level, and blow

Thank you all for your posts. I removed the gas spring from the damaged side; it had failed; did not compress when roof closed. Unfortunately, the side deformation of the rear roof side remained. I

Cooling on these campers is not that effective.? Cold air descends, and the best place for an AC unit is on the roof.? But you can't do that on a folding camper.? You can try and put a diverter on
