In both cases, the man is called ?¡°Mr Maegala¡¯s¡±. That¡¯s wrong. Change to the ¡°dismissal of Mr Magaela¡±. If it¡¯s necessary, ¡°employee¡± can be added before or after the name. ? That¡¯s what you did in the second version of the DWS sentence, and it works well. ?
