I am unsure about how to use the comma in the following?instance: ...?the employee, Mr Maegala¡¯s dismissal was ruled substantively unfair ...?the employee, Mr Maegala¡¯s, dismissal was ruled substantively unfair Should it?be the first or the second?
I also wonder about cases where abbreviations are included in brackets, for example: The Department of Water and Sanitation's (DWS) decision to ... Or should it be rephrased to: The decision by the?Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) to ...
