I usually don't take requests but if it's something annoying the ham community, and I have some time, I can go in and fix things.
That said, there are a ton of videos on YouTube, written resources online, and other cartographers in chat rooms that can help you learn how to do it yourself.? The OSM Wiki (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org) is a great resource for finding out how things are expected to be tagged.
