Isn't anyone using the GPS function that Oleg incorporated to set the time?

I use the website time.is, link Time.is 20:25<https://time.is/> I find now and again even though setting time by telling NTP to sync (it is windowz) if its within a minute it won’t

Update to decode issue:? Checking the time against the atomic clock and it was correct.? However, I went ahead and "set the time" and it cleared whatever the timing issue was.? I hooked up WSJT-X

Re: R1CBU vs default
Lance, thanks for the nudge. I rebuilt the LATEST version of hamlib. Chose Xiegu x6100 for the CAT control. And everything works fine. This can be maddening sometimes. Jerry ---- Extra Ham Radio

Re: R1CBU vs default
In Xiegu land, the GUI is responsible for CAT interface. The RF->audio part is still the same, regardless of which firmware is running on the embedded computer. R1CBU works fine with CAT and digital,

R1CBU vs default
Ok. I have tried everything known to mankind, to get digital modes to work with R1CBU. It was my understanding that R1CBU was just a different GUI, on top of the radio. It is NOT. So at first I

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
I agree with you John. Mine is a newer model, one month old. So maybe they made production changes along the way. The battery shows, full charge - white - yellow? - and red. I mean, everything seems

John - KZ4AX First I do think the voltage display is not exact.? So if reading 8.0 then I? would consider the battery fully charged.? If you did let charge for another 2 or so hours after the LED

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
I echo your sentiments Gary. Except for the lack of Bluetooth audio I’m quite satisfied with my 6100. And while I find the the 6200 very intriguing and I already want one, I’ve already joined

Everything is as planned. I talk about this in the video announcement of this version (subtitles with translation are automatically available). Now the FT8/FT4 frequencies are recorded and you can
