Everything is as planned. I talk about this in the video announcement of this version (subtitles with translation are automatically available). Now the FT8/FT4 frequencies are recorded and you can

Re: Second x6100, second set of problems
Funny thing, I have had an Anytone 878, 3 578’s and use them daily on MARC. No issues.
My software is 1.18 I believe.

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
As I noted in a previous post, Xiegu has a long history of producing a radio only to drop it after little, or no, attempt to solve their various ailments. I also implied that we may be nearing that

Re: Question about battery charging / conditioning
I let my unit shutdown, from lack of battery power. ?Is that bad?—I don’t know; it has an 18 month warranty. ?I charge ‘overnight’: sometimes 10 hours, sometimes longer. ?The manual, if I

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
As long as mine keeps giving me SSB, internal mic, waterfall display, ATU, and a working battery, I’ll keep mine for as long as it works, with affordable maintenance, much like my 2004 Tacoma. ?As

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
I just received my X6100 a few days ago. I could return it if I was compelled enough by the new 6200.
I will keep my 6100. Based on the history of this model, it will probably be a year or more

Re: Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
As an X6100 owner (about a year now) who’s one of the few “mostly satisfied” users of one – I’d probably pass on the opportunity to purchase a X6200 – given the history of the X6100 and

Waiting For the Possible New X6200 Product?
I'm just wondering how many people are holding off on purchasing a new Xiegu X6100 in view of the possible new Xiegu X6200 product? From the sketchy pictures, it looks like the X6200 will have the

Yep, it is my first and last Xiegu product.? The Chinese DMR radios, Alinco, Anytone, and others are also full of bugs and not quite right features.

Re: Second x6100, second set of problems
Don't get too excited about your 18 month warranty,? when I brought that up to the vendor they stated that was a misprint and it is really 12 months.

Hi Georgina,
you can use Balena Etcher for Mac ( https://etcher.balena.io/#download-etcher ) and burn the zipped file from it. So no need to unzip the image, etc. It is a safer way to do and it always
