I had to update a driver on Windows 10 in order for the TinySA to be seen. I just went to updates in Settings and let windows update the driver for me.

If you installed DfuSe tools correctly, then when running DfuSeDemo the tinySA will appear as "STM Device in DFU mode" not as "tinySA" under "Available DFU Devices".
