had same problem here, used tinysa-app , for 4 hrs for 2 days, looking thru sub folders i douna a folder with drivers for win 7,7,10. using win 10, tinysa-app finally saw the tinysa, just by trial and error i got the new version 1.1.77 to load, after about 4 tries, someone smarter than me should make a how to do sequence list. . yes u need to find the subfolder with the drivers.
