As all levels are way too high you its hard to believe its a attenuator problem.
Could you start with CONFIG/LEVEL CAL/RESET CALIBRATION
The levels indicators at the left of the grid should turn red to signal the device is no longer calibrated.
Now try to do a level calibration (do not forget to connect the cable between high and low) and post the picture if the calibration fails.
If the calibration succeeds, rerun selftest
