ok, after loading stm software, and tinysa-app software, i then went into the device manager, left screen there, connected usb cable, turned on tinysa, got beep on computer but no sign of driver, then selected on the tinysa - config- dfu-enter dfu, windows device manager updates and showes under - usb controller - stm device in dfu mode, hope it helps,.
