It appears I may have the same clone except mine only fails self test 7 with screen very similar to the one posted above.? After many repeated test runs test 7 is the only one that fails.?

Mark, If you installed DfuSe tools correctly, then when running DfuSeDemo the tinySA will appear as "STM Device in DFU mode" not as "tinySA" under "Available DFU Devices". - Herb
