A quick update, I started a claim with AliExpress, sent them a copy of Erik's message confirming it was a clone.
Seller requested the clone returning for a refund...but after a few days AliExpress

It depends on how selftest 7 fails but for the clone I expect it won't meet the specs regarding power level accuracy and it will have more spurs.

It appears I may have the same clone except mine only fails self test 7 with screen very similar to the one posted above.? After many repeated test runs test 7 is the only one that fails.?

I had to update a driver on Windows 10 in order for the TinySA to be seen. I just went to updates in Settings and let windows update the driver for me.

If you installed DfuSe tools correctly, then when running DfuSeDemo the tinySA will appear as "STM Device in DFU mode" not as "tinySA" under "Available DFU Devices".
