Tried the new Rocky by Alex VE3NEA and regrettably it does not work
with my Audigy (gives a 'unable to start input from SoundBlaster Audigy
2 NX) so cannot test operation at 96 khz. Well I'll wait and see if
more people have the same problem...
Have a nice (Rocky??) weekend de Joe
I had the same problem with the "Rocky" software, and after I installed ASIO4ALL and made it the audio driver, the error then went away. I was using a different sound card, a SB Live 24. You can try it by downloading it from the link below;

I really like the "Rocky" software, it's more adjustable on what you see on the Panoramic display, and very easy to find stations. I also really like the waterfall display, it looks really good. Two misuses, the dB scale is backwards from the way I'm used to seeing it, and the receiving window is not centered on the Panoramic window, so I can't see what is below the frequency I'm listening to. It's a really simple to use software, if you haven't tried it you need to.
Overall we have available a good selection of software to play with, not bad considering the SR-40 was released not that long ago.
Thanks to all the developers.

I fail to see why doing the same thing over and over and getting the same results every time is insanity: I've almost proved it isn't; only a few more tests now and I'm sure results will differ this time ...
