Yeah Ive had that duck phrase in mind before.... Palstar told me to open it up and look around for a loose connection (due to shipping shocks) I didnt?see any, moved a few things around, and it worked. Covered it up and used the IC-7300 PTT/SEND jack because my fancy 13pin plug pin was not keying.

After spending a while to se why the IC-7300 doesnt put the amp in TX mode, I shorted the RCA PTT connector on the amp. It still doesn't key into TX.
I tried changing PTT modes and nothing changes.
Any help is appreciated
