Well...if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably?a duck.? Amp is defective. No charge for this assessment...

After spending a while to se why the IC-7300 doesnt put the amp in TX mode, I shorted the RCA PTT connector on the amp. It still doesn't key into TX.
I tried changing PTT modes and nothing changes.
Any help is appreciated
