Earlier today I also posted an answer to your question and how I solved the same issue you're having. Not sure if you saw it. Yes, the correct cable is an Ameritron DB-10MY, which I also mentioned in my reply to your inquiry. The problem for me was that cable is out of stock nearly everywhere. I called Ameritron and they confirmed it was out of stock. Hopefully, they'll start producing them again soon. In the meantime, I had to build my own cable and provided you links to enable you to do the same. Good luck finding the right cable or building one.
