My LA-1K will do the 200-250 watts FT8 described by KT3V, but only on lower frequency bands - might actually do more, haven't tried that much lately.
But on 10 & 12 meters, it will only do about 175 watts (200w for awhile as temp increases) before getting into the mid 70 deg C range.
Am running mine on 120 Vac and never run it any higher than upper 70 deg C (and even then, only rarely and for a short time).
