As I recall the continuous commercial service (CCS) rating for the LA-1K is about 225W output using 240VAC power line.? And the SWR needs to be as close to 1:1 as possible.? Depending on room temperature and humidity the LA-1K should run for weeks without overheating.? I typically run FT8 on any band without problems using 200-250 Watts output.?
