Provided some telephone help to a friend that was trying to update to the
latest version today. Had trouble getting the decoder list to come out
right. Eventually had him delete the decoder

I seem to remember "no". But as deleting files is difficult I didn't
feel like loading up my system with non-existent locos. Also we had a group
(well four<G>) and I wanted all to get "time on"

DecoderPro runs it could determine if it's updated decoder files recently. If
