That would work and be easier to implement that my suggestion. When
DecoderPro runs it could determine if it's updated decoder files recently. If
not, it could check sourceforge for updates. It would probably be a good idea
if this behavior was configurable as some folks may not want DecoderPro
hitting the Internet at all while others would like it to do the update check
frequently.
