Rizwan, All DCC decoders will have a default address when shipped. NMRA Standard S9.2.2 says that a bare unfitted loco decoder should have short address 3 as the default when sold. But that doesn't

Rizwan, - Turnouts have their own separate DCC address range (1-2044). - Signals have their own separate DCC address range (1-2044). - Loco short addresses are a separate DCC address range (1-127). -
