Have you disabled IPv6? If so, try to enable IPv6 to see if the problem goes away. After you have tested that, you can probably disable IPv6 again if you want.

Trent,
I believe the problem you are having is with WiServer not JMRI server.
It is WiServer running on that PC that handles the EngineDriver cell phone throttles, not JMRI server.

When we turn on the PC it is set to automatically start the JMRI program.? JMRI at start up loads our CTC panel
