Terry, The factory reset works in 4.8. This was confirmed for me by Gerry Hopkins. You will need to fix your system if it does not work for you. Peter

My earlier versions go all the way back to 2.6 years ago I've used the same preferences the whole time because the hardware has remained the same I mostly use production releases to avoid bugs
