It means that IP address has been marked as being used to send lots of spam, so it¡¯s turned off for email purposes. How your email got involved depends on whether that¡¯s actually your IP address,

I tested Zimo mx630P16, Lenz Standard+? 10231-01, Esu lokpilot v4 dcc and I have the error with all decoders. Track is connected directly to the "main track output" of the Z21. With every decoder CV
