My suggestion would be to reset the decoder. That's the best way to
remove any possible configuration issues being the cause. Granted I'm
not thinking of any combo of configuration options that would prevent
a decoder from running both ways. If you have a lot of configuration
detail in the decoder, make sure you've read and saved that into the
roster. That way if doing the reset actually worked, then we could
review the settings and maybe find a cause if the reset configuration
was fine.
