This could be several things. What version of the decoder do you have. Can you turn off the lights or sound. That tells me you have the correct address.
1. Press 6 twice you may be in shutdown.
2. Read cv 19. It should be 0 unless you were in consist. You could have deleted it in the command station but not in the decoder.
3. Set cv 62 to 0. This turns off verbal acknowledgement. Some qsi decoders will not change on the main unless this is off.
If none of these help. You will need to reset the decoder. Some of these have a 3 step procedure, which is in the manual. If you need the three step version, I can send it to you.?

mean where xxxx is the engine number ? The sound in the engine is ok but it will not move. It's the only QSI I own and that was a mistake on my part.
