I believe you have the decoder in the ‘Disconnect’ phase of ‘shut down.’? This ‘characteristic’ is unique to QSI decoders.

The QSI manual covers this in sections

1.18 Three Stages of Shut Down: Disconnect, Standby and Total Shut Down (F9 in Neutral)? (Page 29)

And

1.19 Start Up (F6 in Neutral)? (Page 31)

Sorry but I did not know where else to ask this.? In a ASI decoder what does a status?message of "status xxxx disconnect"? mean where xxxx is the engine number ? The sound in the engine is ok but it will not move. It's the only QSI I own and that was a mistake on my part.
