I assume that your question means that you have jmri already running with panels, etc on another machine - perhaps a Windows one.? If so, then everything you want to transfer is in the panel file that you open.? You need to copy that panel file - it is an XML file - to the jmri user directory on the pi and you are good to go.? If you have roster set up for DecoderPro you also need to copy the roster.xlm file and the roster directory.
