Good day guys I am having intermittent problems with my NCE at the mo and would like to run on a rasberry pi. I have the pi working with jmri on it, but can I and how do I transfer my setup, tables, panel etc onto it without rebuilding from scratch
I assume that your question means that you have jmri already running with panels, etc on another machine - perhaps a Windows one.? If so, then everything you want to transfer is in the panel file that you open.? You need to copy that panel file - it is an XML file - to the jmri user directory on the pi and you are good to go.? If you have roster set up for DecoderPro you also need to copy the roster.xlm file and the roster directory.
