I surrender,? a few years ago I had JMRI on my Windows 7 computer with my PR3 and Digitrax DCS 100 and all worked great .
Now fast forward to today I am again setting things up and I cant get anything to communicate,? even my old windows 7 laptop is not able to work
So Help?
What I have nail things down to is the PR3 ,its seems either i missed something in the set up or the PR3 is got a issue?

Thanks for this. The JMRI console log was exactly what we wanted to see.
However, I'll bow out of this now because PR3 and LocoNet are not my areas of expertise. There are many others on this list who have such expertise and will have a better understanding of what the log is reporting and the probable cause(s).
