? ? Command Station type: "PR3 standalone programmer"
Edit->preferences->Defaults
? ? Service programmer is set to Loconet.
? ? No command station selected.
The Pr3 LEDs
? ? Red Stat - occasional flash, Red Err - off,? Green equal ON/OFF slow flash.? ?NOT green mostly on - that's the wrong mode. NOT red err quick flashing - that's no power.
