I have upgraded many times without problems, but my latest upgrade has failed. I am running on a Toshiba C655, Win 10, Java 8 181, with a Locobuffer USB connected to a Digitrax DCS 200. No error messages or DOS window appeared during or after the upgrade. While my roster opens, I can neither pop open a throttle nor program on the programming track. Preferences are set correctly for the DCS 200, Locobuffer USB, and Loconet, yet the top of the roster page has them set to Internal, and trying to change on the roster page to Loconet won't save.than? Also programming mode defaults to paged mode rather than direct byte. Interestingly, to me, I can use Monitor Slots and clear slots. Would it be worthwhile to try upgrading to 4.13.1?? Joe P.
