? This may sound crazy, but what about using a vacuum cleaner hose attachment to clean out all of the ports. I've never tried it, so I cant say if it would be successful. Just a thought. Marji

The liquid is provided for cleaning the Lightning port, not for drawing lint out of the speaker holes. For the holes, there are tiny bristles designed to fit in them and brush them out.

This may not will solve it, but does the copy feature work? Copy is made of two functions, copy and print. If copy works, then it is a software issue, try reinstalling the driver. Brent On my iPhone
