?Did you read down the page? There are options for older models, too. I don¡¯t know which is the oldest iPhone to support a direct transfer. If your 4S is included, you would just have needed the USB adapter from Apple¡¯s?.

Granted, I went from the iPhone 4S to XR, something like iOS 9 to 13, and 30-pin to Lightning.
Why does transferring it by USB make a difference and can you reference any documentation? You offer good advice, but for some reason I want more info. ?
