Yes. But the frequency stability is not
good enough for FT8-operation at 144 or 432 MHz. You should do the
"fan mod", i.e. connecting the fan through 100 ohms to 13.8V so
that it is running all the time, in order to minimize sudden
temperature changes when going from RX to TX and vice versa. Also
I recommend insulating the TCXO:
