How to get the State field to automatically capitalize
2
I've forgotten the way to get the entry in the STATE field to automatically capitalize like the first letter in the name and QTH fields. Also, FWIW a recent Win 10 update required that I run Logger32 as ADMIN and also in Win 8 Compatibility mode. Just sayin. Thanks, Dave WB2PJH

Call Sign Not Appearing In Previous QSOs Window
5
I have worked HD8G a total of 20 times. Previously all of my QSOs with HD8G were showing up in the previous QSOs window when I typed the call sign into the QSO window. Now as of about 1 hour ago, only 2 QSOs are showing up in the previous QSOs window and these QSOs took place after all of the other QSOs stopped showing up in the previous QSOs window. All QSOs with HD8G still appear in the logbook, worked/confirmed window, and show with an X as being previously worked in the DX Spot window. All other call signs appear to show up in the previous QSOs windows as they should. Could anyone give me any ideas as to why these QSOs aren't showing up in the previous QSOs windows like the rest?? Thanks for your help. 73, Todd N4JRZ

Logger Radio Configuration for Yaesu FT-891
6
Hello everyone, Does anyone have a screenshot (for example) of the radio configuration of Logger32 for the Yaesu FT-891? I have reset the radio to factory settings. With another program (WinTest) everything works fine. I can't get it to work with Logger 32. Enhanced and standard port are set up. Thank you very much! Andy, DL5CW

Display: Dark Mode for Logger32?
18
Hi, Quite a number (and increasing) of programs now have a dark mode display feature, i.e. light lettering on a dark background. dark window frames, menu bars and so on. It is much easier on the eye for many. Has this been/could it be considered for Logger32? An image of this mail being composed has been attached so you can see what I mean. Cheers Jim. -- ================================ Jim, Bournemouth, Dorset. IO90BR.

Antenna Switch
I can not get the antenna switch to function. I have read earlier comments regarding this subject without any solution. My computer use Windows 11 Pro. It is equipped with an extension card, ASIX PCIe to Multi Mode Parallel Port (LPT1). And yes, I have read the manual. The "Band and Modes", page 41-45, and the "Antenna Switch" is configured as described in the manual, section 42.1.3. The Antenna Switch is configured with the adress found in the device manager, EEF8. Configured with the adress &EFF8 "Pin 14 (Radio Switch)" LED is green. All " Antenna Selected " LED?s are red. In the Logger32 manual, page 886, is a testing procedure described. I have tried it, no LED turns green. The Antenna Switch function was OK in my earlier Windows 10 computer. Looking for help 73//SM6CGI Lars

Shift or CTL Click on DX Spot
13
Greetings all Previously (I am sure I didnt dream this), if you did a shity click on a DX spot in the DX Spot or BandMap window, it would set the 2nd VFO of the rig. Is that functionality no longer there or is there something up with my config for my IC-7610? This is a normal spot click: but with shift I dont see anything other than the normal poll messages. DX Spot Blues
3
Hi All When I connect via telnet to my local cluster, as spots roll in automatically all is well, however, when I do a sh/dx/10 the columns seem messed up: Anyone got any idea - RH6B came in as normal then the rest is the result of sh/dx/10. Clearly the callsigns are in the comment field and the rest is also out of bonk somehow. Mark G0MGX

FTdx5000; and FLDIGI
Does anyone in the group have an FTdx5000 working in conjunction with Fldigi using Rick's N2AMG gateway? I seem to be having some issues with changing frequencies from within Fldigi and having the rig follow and stay in PKT-USB mode. I've tried RIG-CAT, Hamlib and Fldigi control with no success. If you do, I'd love if you could share your settings with me. Thanks, de Jim K2QB

CW Machine COM ports
5
I am trying to open a remote port via VSPE. I have it working fine on N1MM and with WK-Test. Using a connector and TCP-Client at the client end. TCP server at the Host. When I try to start Logger32 I get a com port error. When I go to Task Mgr, CW Machine is listed as a backround task. I checked it CW Machine Config and it has the correct Port. Maybe Logger 32 doesn’t like virtual COM ports? 73 Tony K2NV

WARC and/or individual band WAZ tracking
7
It seems that Logger32 tracks the "main" WAZ Awards 5BWAZ, and WAZ for Mixed, SSB, CW, RTTY, and Digital. (Yes, WAZ treats RTTY as a distinct mode.) I recently earned the WAZ award for 12m, all in digital mode. There does not seem to be a way to mark that award as "Granted" for any of the QSOs in that award submission using the panel for updating awards. I get a warning that it cannot be done because a Primary Administrative region is unspecified, but that seems to be a wayward notice. It seems that the WAZ award may not be activated for reporting individual bands. If that's the case, OK. (There are numerous WAZ award categories with unique awards available for almost all modes on all bands--perhaps more programming than anyone would like to undertake an retain one's sanity!)

W11 Laptop Recommendation
11
My old laptop has seen better days. I need to upgrade, and would like to hear recommendations from the Logger32 Logging Program group and WWDXC club member group. I am naturally concerned about L32 compatibility. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. - John Owens - N7TK

TS870 CAT Control
6
This might be a shot in the dark, but I cannot seem to get Logger32 to talk to my Kenwood TS870. I have tried everything I can see in the manual, but still not getting any where. I admit, I am a total newbie but do have a decent understanding of computer ports and connections. When I look at the debug window, I see it polling the B VFO and not the A. Any insight would be a greatly appreciated. 73 Bill KB0RMS

Slave port: Kenwood commands to control an amplifier
6
Hi, I have been trying, still unsuccessfully, to make my amplifier follow TRX band changes using Loggr32's Slave Port and Kenwood commands. My slave port configuration Slave debug window shows the following commands upon band changes to which the amp stays unresponsive However, using a Kenwood command simulator to which the amplifier responds correctly, I can see the following communication on the port where, in the box, You can find the moment when the amp switched from 10m to 15m band) Will You help, please? Best regards, Alec
