According to the APP data, the difference is not in the contact itself, all the standard contacts are rated for 45A. The difference is in the wire gauge the terminal can handle. The 15A terminal can

Just the fact that the serial number begins with 8N indicates that it was manufactured in December 2008 which was well after the ND started being produced so it is an ND. 73….Eric VK2VE
