To bad John, I was hoping the supply Press was talking about was not a
swithching supply.
I did buy a CUP36-12-1 which is the one Universal radio sells and found
there was a LOT of RF hash
when using a whip antenna like the ATX. I did try several chokes and
nothing helped.
Universal said in their ad "we also added a surface mount capacitor right
inside the plug to reduce
RFI. " I dont see how that would help? If so I would do it in a second and
be done with this hunt for
THE supply.
My kingdom for a analog 2 amp wall wart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The supply is NOT switching. Less than $20 at MCM.
Well regulated at multiple voltages including 12v
