Re: Phase converter questions
The ANSI standard for voltage variation from utility companies is +/- 5%, and your supply is within that. Feeder¡¯s claim was total BS, equivalent to saying no machine sold in the US is covered by

Re: K975 under table dust extraction problem.
Phil, Have you had a look at Amazon uk? Have used them in the past. Obviously different suppliers there and different grades and prices. I was able to get a heavy duty thick walled hose for machine to

Re: Phase converter questions
When I installed my PP in Vail AZ, Tucson Electric was providing 249 volts. I was getting 249 out of the PP. Felder would not install the saw with that. I had to add a buck box to lower the voltage.

Re: Phase converter questions
That's not a downside.? It's completely irrelevant to your machine. The very simple fact is that you never operate 3P devices (motors) from line to ground.??The power is from line-to-line.? The

Re: K975 under table dust extraction problem.
That's the hose I want Imran.? It looks to have retractable and not just flexible properties.? Sadly the cost of importing from the US to the UK makes this impractical for me.? I'll await the

Re: K975 under table dust extraction problem.
I actually ran a section of rigid pipe inside the cabinet before I converted to flex, not sure it really helped all that much, but it¡¯s easier to suction out any chunks left over in the pipe from

Re: K975 under table dust extraction problem.
Thanks for the responses to my problem. Before posting I had already tried different lengths of the flexible hose including the shortest length to run from the saw unit at 45deg which I found to be

Sorry Cliff, don't remember any post that had that info, lots of info on the rotary convertors having issues with spikes. The PP runs smooth as glass. The only downside I've ever read about the PP is

One of the members? did a work of of the PP vs a rotary? the PP produces dirty power? uneven spikes on the phases where as the rotary can be tunes to be sm,ooth as glass. Dunno why they suggested

I ordered from them a couple times over the years, both the 100mm and the 120mm hose and all were bulk (and yes it was the extra flexible version). Unfortunately the Felder hose goes kaput in about

Thats true for normal extractor hose. However, the hose for the interior of the saw is more flexible. I believe when I ordered a replacement because I couldn¡¯t get the normal flex extractor hose on
