Re: Can Anyone Identify What These Parts Are?
I have one of those plates too and thought it might be a tenoning plate, but I couldn't find any references to it and I couldn't figure out how to mount it to the sliding table. Ironically I just made

Re: New (to me) Felder Owner
Here's my laser solution. This laser's gyro function made it unreliable for
install work, but that doesn't matter in this situation. I'm kind of
amazed it works as well as it does.

Re: CF 741 no start/ slow start
Thanks Imran, I have located the capacitors in the main electrical compartment, they don¡¯t show any obvious signs of damage but from what I¡¯ve read they can simply fail over time so I still

Re: Changing saws
I went through a similar process with my saw, going from cabinet saws to slider, K3 to KF700SP.? I am modifying the K3 to make it into a dedicated joinery and dado saw.? If there is an additional

Re: Changing saws
I have the Kappa 400 X motion and love it.
I went all digital and at first reluctant but very happy now. I have a couple of minor issues but nothing bad, just haven¡¯t gotten around to getting them

Re: CF 741 no start/ slow start
Hi Murray,
Ok, with single phase you have the caps Annu mentioned. I am not aware of anything that would not run the motor at full speed other than low voltage. A less than ideal electrical

Re: Can Anyone Identify What These Parts Are?
Ameer,
The metal thing is tenon plate.
The other things are stops that mount in the grooves of extension tables. They can be used for doing stopped grooves on the shaper or used as length stops.

Re: Can Anyone Identify What These Parts Are?
That plate is the old style tenoning plate. I gave mine to joe Calhoon but wish I still had it. Dave

Re: New (to me) Felder Owner
Honestly I've only run 1 board through this machine so far, and it was about 16" long x 4" wide. It was just a test to see if everything was working the way it should...? I'll report back later once

Can Anyone Identify What These Parts Are?
I have no idea what these parts are, or if they even go with the equipment I have. Quick background: got an early 2000's KF700 and AD 741 from a family friend's late husband. She had no clue what

Thanks to Brian Lamb who shared his flip stop housing design with me, I printed his housing without modification and using the free Fusion 360 design program (novice user) designed a bushing/mounting

Re: Omga in Portland $160 - auction closing in 2 hrs
I drove 12hrs to pick up few items i won in auction. I think it is risky to have them ship other than relatively small/light stuff that can ship UPS.
