?Thanks to Brian Lamb who shared his flip stop housing design with me, I printed his housing without modification and using the free Fusion 360 design program (novice user) designed a bushing/mounting post adapting it to the existing cast iron hole in the rip fence leveraging the split bushing idea Johannes posted. The print is entirely made of PETG printed on a Prusa MK3s printer with a layer height of 0.15mm. Any material would suit this purpose and this was already in the printer. Had I known it would work the first try I might have changed colors. The large snap washer was made on draft settings and remain dimensionally accurate yet rougher. Print times were roughly 8 hrs for the housing, 2 hrs for the post and a half hr for the washer to give perspective to anyone unfamiliar with printing.? Here is a quick link to one of many material comparisons online highlighting nuances between common types.?

There is no glue or or screws aside from the two attaching the display to the housing. The plastic parts are snap or interference fit.?
