Hey Tom, Looks like you've been busy planning! Exciting times. The first thing I noticed in what you wrote that all the other machines will share a circuit. I personally would advise against that.

One 90 degree long radius at either 6" or the 8" would not do much damage in terms of air flow impedance. Doing two long straight runs would introduce more joints, right?
