Re: 160 mm dust collection ducting in the USA
150mm duct with a 15" impeller @ 60hz simply works and no calculators required and it is proven by every unit I sold which was a lot of Clearvues. The 16" impeller Clearvue we specified with an 8"

I don't have much experience drying lumber.? I assume the fan system is to replace the humid air with dry air, and maximize the rate water leaves the wood? We do have a golf course here in Tahoe

Re: Groover / Dado advice
Kamal, I have been using two 250mm (10 inch) ripping blades (FS Tools) stacked on the spindle to cut longer tenons. I am using the Hammer tenoning hood on my B3. Works well for my hobbyist use.

Hi Kamal, 8¡± will work on saw and shaper. If you have a need for deeper than 3¡± depth of groove on shaper then you need 10¡± or 12¡± dado and both require tenoning hood. I plan to make my own

I have a model year 2000 K3 and ended up disposing of the 315 mm blades I naively purchased when I bought the saw. I don't specifically remember exactly how far below the table top a 315 mm blade

Sweet machine. My Oakley H48 has 7" plattens and the extra inch is something I wish I had, more so than the length. Dave ________________________________ Sent: Thursday, December 26, 2024 10:03 AM To:

Re: Kundig Uniq
I've used the Kundig before. It is a nice machine, but it is small. For me, hard to beat is my Ekstrom Carlson 112. Two, 8" high x 58" long plattens. 60" tilting tables, plus a tilting end table.
