So today I opened the machine, as you guys suggested, I tightened the drive belt after opening the 4 screws of the engine, it actually helped a lot and there is a significant reduction in the noise.?
But I'm at the limit of adjusting the motor, do you think its possible felder supplied the machine with a belt that is too long?
also, how would you clean the dust from all the area?

Have a solid top that fits for work surface or parts accumulator lol

With a job like I mentioned in earlier post the material rest horizontal, not far from saw wagon. Pick and set .

The K500S/K700S leveling feet holes are sized for M10 bolts.? If you are leveling on a concrete garage floor, then I would recommend getting anti-skid rubber feet.? If you use steel feet, it will act like a friction-less contact and the saw will easily shift/slide over the concrete floor just by leaning against it.?
These are the M10 leveling feet options (however, John indicated he had problems with the leveling feet rubber):
On my K700S, I drilled out the leveling feet holes to 1/2" diameter and used larger feet:
Leveling feet are helpful for setting up the saw also - get the saw top straight? and true in order to align the slider to the table top.
I used leveling feet with an anti-skid rubber layer. The feet I chose did not have sufficient capacity, so the rubber layer squeezed out from under the feet. You might think about that when choosing feet. If you are sitting on plain concrete there is probably no need for the anti-skid feature. -- John Hinman Boise ID K700S and A941
I use something much simpler, Rockler Material Mate. I use a Grabo to pick up the panel and put it on the MM. Then roll it to the saw, flip the table up and slide the ply onto the saw. I put a T-Track table on top so it makes for a small work surface. It's not sophisticated like these, but I've been working this way for many years as one person shop. There is one issue, you still have to lift the panel about a foot to get it on the MM cart. MDF will always suck due to weight.
In addition to the fine advice offered, I will add that you would be better off with a 1 1/4" spindle.? This is the standard for most good tooling.? If you expect to get some 30mm cutters in the future you can add a 30mm later, or add a 1" and use bushings to get to 30mm.
I have a K500S slider on order that I will receive in 6 weeks or so. ?Yes, I really wanted to get a K700S but my budget would not stretch that far. ?I think I will be happy with the K500S since it is just me using the saw for furniture and some modest cabinet runs. ?It will be replacing a Sawstop that I certainly have enjoyed using but I am looking forward to handling sheet goods and larger items like tabletops easier and doing straight line rips for edging lumber using the slider. ?I know I have to get myself totally oriented to doing most cuts on the slider / outrigger.
My shop, while ample in square footage, is in a typical garage with a slopped floor for water to drain away from the building so I plan to use leveling feet to offset this slope. ?Does anyone know the specs for the K500S for leveling feet? ?I just noticed that David Best indicated that Felder has 11 mm unthreaded holes in the machines he leveled. ?Is that the case for the K500S? ? Does it take 4 leveling feet?
I need to get the correct ones ordered as I originally planned to get a SCM saw. ?I ordered 12 mm threaded feet for it and then I decided to buy a Felder saw. ? I think I need to return the ones I ordered previously. ?Thanks in advance for any input.
