¿ªÔÆÌåÓýFirst time replacing a full bag after timer install. My filters have never been this clean. Essentially, the whole filter is usually like the circled part. However, this setup will work with the current sensor installed on one of the power lines of any single phase or 3 phase dust collector. Attached is a video of the timer in action. The timer is set for 15 sec but it can be any time (min or even hrs). The dust collector was stopped last time mid cycle with 6 sec elapsed. The timer stops running when DC us off because current sensor relay is open. When I start the dust collector, the red light on the current sensor indicates relay closure upon detection of current flow - the current level to close relay is adjustable. The timer starts running. When 15 sec elapse the buzzer sounds for 3 sec (again this can be any duration). If you stop the dust collector while in buzzer cycle the timer will stop and the buzzer will continue. This can be remedied by installing a reset switch but I plan to use it without one (for now) and set the timer appropriately long and stop the machine after the buzzer is over. This cycle repeats. At the end of the day the timer can be left powered. I likely will turn it off and as I do a cleaning cycle before I start the dust collector everyday. I could not easily locate an enclosure of the size I wanted. So this makeshift will do for now. Here the timer is set for 15 minutes. Imran |

Loose riving knife bar on K3 Winner
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýYesterday, I helped Chris Bl¨¹mer over messenger (he is in Germany) diagnose the wavy cut he was getting on his Hammer K3 Winner. After systematic trouble shooting we found the culprit. The bar to which riving knife is attached was loose. This is totally not what I expected to find. Sharing here for Hammer owners. Also be interested to know if anyone has experienced this or it is a one off incident. Here is Chris's video showing the bar that holds the riving knife. ? I'd be happy to participate Imran. Facebook and Instagram can advertise to me all they want. It costs me nothing and I gain much from the ease of communication with people I may have not seen in person in 30 years or my whole life. I've even sold some of my work and acquired new work from posting about it's creation. Erik, I agree they are not the most scrupulous company, but I use them as much as they use me. Amazon on the other hand can suck it. I won't give them a dime.

All social media have their baggage and I appreciate your concerns. I am sure I am helping Facebook by being on it and as a result they get to advertise to me. There is however no advertisement on this group. I use whattsapp (now owned by facebook) to communicate to my extended family in Asia, Europe & Australia, so while I have concerns similar to yours, I succumb to its usefulness. The table is very similar to the auxiliary table in this video?. Three registration blocks can be used to make sure it is mounted on the exact calibrated position every single time, this guarantees that the auxiliary table is perfectly centered, then the perfect matching dovetail slots can be milled on the two jointing pieces. This is the prototype, the result is very encouraging. I need to make a few different length pieces that I can insert into the vertical template slot as the stop based on the length of the dovetail key. I used the regular 14 degree dovetail bit, the cut is not clean at all. I think Microjig matchfit dovetail router bit is the solution.? James |

I made an auxiliary table mounted on the PantoRouter, so I can mill the dovetail slot for the Hoffman dovetail key. Of course, the table can be mounted on the MultiRouter too.? The table is very similar to the auxiliary table in this video?.
