Thanks for the reply, David. ?I did not have to go that far...I took a peek inside the machine and noticed 3 switches (blade door, and 2 blade height switches) were covered in dust, so i blew them off and gave them a few presses. ?Then I tried the tilt and it started working. ?Here's the weird part...those 3 switches should not effect on the tilt. ?i even tried tilting the blade while the blade door is open and it still tilts. ?A gremlin i suppose...who knows. ?All I know is it has worked all day today!?

Re: Sliding Table Bearings #6Series

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Search out ¡°cross roller linear bearing¡± and you will find them. I would contact a large bearing house and ask, I suspect they will be able to get them for you. Here is a link to the THK website showing them, I assume you can get the rollers without having to buy the rails.??

Schneeberger is another good brand.

I recently replaced the plastic carrier and all bearings on a newer (compared to 6 series ) K975. The bearings were little over a buck each from Felder. If you have not yet inquired availability with Felder, I would start there.
